Baked Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup almond milk (or milk)
Sauce Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable/coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup sauce of your choice (buffalo, hot, mild, honey mustard, BBQ).
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and milk. Stir well.
Break up the cauliflower head into florets, about 1 inch wide (you can buy frozen florets and thaw them before doing this).
Add the cauliflower florets into the mixture, make sure to cover evenly or do a shake and bake style in a ziplock bag.
Spread the cauliflower florets onto the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
While the florets bake, grab a small bowl and mix together the oil, honey, and sauce until evenly combined. When the florets are done, coat the cauliflower with the sauce mixture and bake for an additional 10-20 minutes.
