Leading Ladies: GENISE RUIDIAZ
Meet Genise Ruidiaz: Professional Dancer. Entertainer. Choreographer. Entrepreneur. Genise is a Cuban-American, born and raised in Miami, Florida. She grew up dancing from the age of 6 and became a professional dancer at the age of 16. Her mom, Cary, has always been her biggest inspiration. From the first time she entered a dance studio, she knew it was what she wanted to do with her life. Her family is full of great dancers and you can tell that it’s where their heart lives. She is a highly sought-after performer who has worked with international pop stars and some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. Her dance credits include but are not limited to: Steve Wynn’s Showstoppers, Sinatra 101 with Lady Gaga, Diddy, True Blood, Jennifer Lopez, X-Factor with Pitbull, Dancing with the Stars, Glee, American Idol, and various award shows. Her dance styles are a unique melting pot: contortion, acrobatics, hip hop, ballet, jazz, tap, etc.
In 2017, Genise started GAR Entertainment, which is a full-service entertainment and production company: from singers and dancers to specialty acts, such as, contortionists to magicians and so much more. They provide innovative and creative results with a personalized touch. Within weeks of opening her doors, Caesar’s Entertainment reached out and together, they created the magic that was “Reverie".
Genise recently finished dancing with the Backstreet Boys and is currently focusing on her production company and resides in Las Vegas, NV with her fiancée, Omari. If Genise wasn’t a dancer, she would be working in an office setting as an administrative assistant, or an assistant in general.

1. First thing you do in the morning? First, I turn over grab my phone and check for an important work emails; after, I’ll check the bank accounts (I know weird). Depending on the day of the week, I’ll have a list of things I’ll have to do for my company. Either check the PO BOX, send invoices, update quick books, or payroll (my favorite)
2. Best advice you’ve received? Communicate, be patient, one step at a time and be positive
3. Dream vacation to escape to? Really, anywhere in the world, as long as, I’m with my loved ones
4. Everything tastes better with... Salt and Pepper
5. How do you stay organized? Thanks to my OCD, I keep everything organized
6. What can you not live without? My amazing family.... and maybe my phone for pictures! :)
